7 Mix Bakery Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g soft unsalted butter
  • 75g icing sugar (approximately 3/4 cup)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of yellow food coloring
  • 200g sifted flour (approximately 1 and 1/2 cups)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Assorted toppings such as pistachios, almonds, desiccated coconut
  • Plain chocolate for decoration

The first thing we add is 150g of butter in a bowl, which should be soft, add 75g icing sugar in cups the icing sugar is around 3/4 cup and the butter is around 1 cup.
